Pass marks in five different subjects including four approved NSSC Higher/HIGCSE Level subjects from Groups I and II and two of Groups I to V in terms of par 15

Notes:

NSSC Higher/HIGCSE Level pass mark = 1 to 3

NSSC Ordinary/IGCSE Level pass mark = A to C

2nd Qualification

Qualification:

Pass marks in five different subjects including four approved NSSC Higher/HIGCSE Level subjects that satisfy all the requirements of par 15 except for Group II second language

OR

Five approved NSSC Ordinary/IGCSE Level subject passes including First Language English as well as completion of first year of Namibian bachelor’s degree

OR

Five approved NSSC Ordinary/IGCSE Level subject passes including First Language English as well as completion of the three year polytechnic / university diploma

OR

Three year teacher’s diploma after completion of five NSSC Ordinary/IGCSE Level subjects including English as First or Second Language

Four approved subjects at NSSC Higher Level/HIGCSE/NSSC Ordinary/IGCSE Level subject passes including NSSC Higher Level/HIGCSE and of which 3 subjects should have been passed at the same examination sitting
