26. Certificate of conditional exemption by virtue of the examinations of examining bodies in the United Kingdom

Subject to paragraphs 13.1 and 32, the Committee of Principals shall issue a certificate of conditional exemption to a person who obtained, towards a certificate in the United Kingdom, the pass mark in a minimum of such four Ordinary Level and Advanced Level subjects as the Committee of Principals may approve: Provided that –

a. such person passed in five different subjects, one of which is an approved Advanced Level subject and in addition satisfied all the requirements of paragraph13.1.b; or

b. such person passed in at least two approved Advanced Level subjects and in a subject from each of two of the three groups prescribed by paragraph 13.1.b; or

c. such person passed in at least two approved Advanced Level subjects and in a subject from each of the three groups prescribed by paragraph 13.1.b but lacks a pass in a fifth subject required by paragraph 13.1.a.
