23. Issuing of certificates of conditional exemption
The Committee of Principals shall on application issue a certificate of conditional exemption to a person who intends enrolling for bachelor’s degree studies at a South African university, who complied with the requirements of paragraph 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 or 31.
